This is Hamil Group Design #86024. It is 62/64" wide and two yards long.
There is lengthwise stretch of from 4" to 5.5" and widthwise of from 4" to 6".
This is a lovely soft fabric that is very slinky. Not sure of the fabric, but it might be a Poly/Lycra blend.
