A blue lace royal enough for any dragon! This would make a wonderful overlay over an evening gown or a decorative shrug. The fabric is soft and drapes well. As you gather it, the color gets stronger. Can you imagine long, flowing sleeves in this on a solid dress...either blue, white or black?
